Our gym is geared towards health and fitness for anybody who is looking to get on track towards a healthier lifestyle regardless of age or fitness ability. All of our classes are included free of charge with our various gym memberships.

Our Classes   

Inner Strength

45 minutes of gentle abdominal and core, a mixture of Swiss ball and floor work. Targeting those important supportive and functional muscles. This class is of low intensity.

Circuit Class

60 minutes of weights and cardio for all fitness levels. This class splits the workout into upper and lower body to get maximum benefits. This class is of Moderate ot High intensity.

Abs, Legs and Core

45 minutes of circuit style workout utilising your own body weight and movement to isolate and build your Abs, core and legs. This class is of moderate to high intensity.

Stretching

45 minutes of stretching and floor work utilising foam rollers, spikey balls and other recovery equipment to loosen and lengthen those tired muscles. You will feel great and be ready for your next fantastic workout. This class is low intensity.

Industry background

Since 2014 I have worked at CALC as a gym instructor and personal trainer, being able to learn through the experience of the other trainers and coaches. In late 2015 I began my own PT business based in Noosa. Through this I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from youth athletes through to the elderly. I have also worked with the Noosa Shire Council in creating and implementing several community health and wellbeing programs.

Over the past few years it has been amazing to introduce a septuagenarian to powerlifting and encourage clients to try new sports and events from fun runs, triathlons (long and short), and to celebrate their wonderful achievements with them.

Industry background

Having spent the last 12 years in the fitness industry and 6 of those as a personal trainer, health and fitness has literally taken me everywhere! I started with taking classes at my local gym in country South Australia and progressed to owning my own PT studio. I then moved to Caloundra where I spent 2 years Personal and group training, from sports teams to pre comp prep for bodybuilding comps at Goodlife. 2010 saw me doing the same at LA Fitness in South Kensington London where I was able to work with some fantastic clients and trainers. 2011 I was back at Goodlife and competing in my first bodybuilding competition in October. March 2012 I made the fantastic transition here to the aquatic centre gym and am thoroughly enjoying working with all the fantastic members and teams here.
