If you’re looking for a good all-round form of exercise, our Aqua Aerobics sessions are just the thing for you. Running, jogging and water walking in a pool is the ultimate low impact, high cardio exercise that will strengthen the legs and hips. It is also a great way to develop cardiorespiratory fitness and the upper body also gets an overall workout.

Water acts as a cushion for the body's weight-bearing joints, reducing stress on muscles, tendons and ligaments. As a result, aquatic workouts are low impact and can greatly reduce the injury and strain common to most land based exercises.

We provide a wide range of Aqua Aerobics sessions with different classes and times to suit your needs.

Class Descriptions

Deep Water

Designed for all levels of fitness using buoyancy belts in deep water.

Combo

A mixture of Deep Water & Normal Aerobics.  This class also caters for all levels.

High Intensity

Over very popular night time class is held in our Heated Indoor Pool. Get ready for an intense workout with plenty of fun and group interaction.

Born and bred in Melbourne Victoria, my “stomping ground” was the beautiful Diamond Valley. Later I lived in Perth and Dampier, Western Australia. My first job was an apprentice Milliner/Designer, then worked in sales & marketing (national level) until retirement. I moved to the Yarra Valley and became a fruit and mushroom picker/packer. I studied for my Yacht Masters Certificate and moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2006.
